Diversified Direct has three main presses for printing.

One 40" Komari Press - 6 colors + Coating Station (Aqueous or Varnish) + Perfecting (The perfector is used mainly in commercial applications and can print 4 Color over 2 Color or 1 Color simultaneously).
One 20x28" Komari Press - 6 Colors + Coating Station (Aqueous or Varnish).
One 40" Komari Press - 6 colors

Each 40" press can print 64,000 2 to 6 Color 8.5x11 card impressions per hour. This translates, with work and turn, into 64,000 printed pieces every two hours or 768,000 cards per day per press. The 20x28' Press can print 32,000 card impressions per hour or 384,000 cards per day.

Each 40" press can print 32,000 2 to 6 color 11x17 brochure impressions per hour. This translates into 384,000 Brochures per day. The 20x28" press can print 16,000 impressions per hour or 192,000 brochures per day.

We have complete prepress and bindery services in the printing plant and are completely electronic and digital. The printing facility is located one block from our mailing facility.

Our production capabilities enable us daily to print 1,920,000 8.5x11 cards, 960,000 4-color 11x17 brochures or a combination of various sized pieces.
